First of all, learning English well needs perseverance. Because learning English well is a long-term process. If we insist on leraning Eglish everyday, we will masterit one day. If we just study it for a short time and then give up, we will gain nothing in the end. Therefore, we should stick to learn English erveryday inorder to learn it well.

语言无论什么语种都有基本的通用原则，中国孩子从小讲中文经过的语音顺序是：听，学单词，短句，句子，对话，阅读……英语学习同样是语言学习，如果孩子不是chinese-english的双语家庭，那么英语的环境就无法和中文相比。而“说”这个输出的能力，就需要家长长期培养。
为了能让孩子“输出”即说出英语，听、读要处于优先地位。这是英语教育和学习中家长和孩子应该具备的第一个态度。
在幼儿时期，家长可以用玩、唱的形式去培养孩子学习英语的.兴趣。越小的孩子，越需要形式活泼和轻松的形式。chants, rhythm, songs, poems都是很好的形式。在听的时候，家长的第二个态度是：轻松。歌曲越轻松、热闹，孩子就越敢唱、喜欢唱，这是对0~8岁儿童的普适性原则。需要提醒大家的是，如果家长有一定英语基础，可以把歌词给孩子念出，让孩子可以准确发音。需要注意的是，听的时间，要随着孩子的年龄增长而逐渐加长。

在候机室和旅游景点，经常会遇到要找洗手间。洗手间用英语有三种说法：WC、washroom、toilet，我记住了这三种，就能飞快的辨认出洗手间的标牌和位置，很轻松的`帮助外公外婆找到洗手间。在飞机上，空姐会送果汁饮料、飞机餐以及小礼物给我们小朋友，我熟悉了苹果汁、橙汁、茶、咖啡等英语单词，当收到礼物时我会用英语“Thank you！”来感谢空姐的服务。妈妈说好！离开欧洲时，妈妈在德国法兰克福机场问路去海关办理退税手续，机场工作人员跟妈妈说了一些话之后说了一句：“follow me！”我马上就听懂了，问妈妈是不是这个意思。妈妈很惊讶，大大夸奖了我，说我好棒！

记得大学一年级时，上计算机课，有一次，我带了个光碟去机房，想把课本后的答案抄下来交作业，结果老师发现了，勒令我把光碟退出来，当时也不知道是紧张吧（借口），因为我却不知道从主界面退出，要按EXIT 按钮，其实exit是生活中常见的一个单词了，什么消防通道......了，我的手忙脚乱，让老师极力的鄙视了一下，这个都不会，还学什么英语，装啥还看碟，就好是一个文盲反着看报纸，当时我的`脸就像喝了两斤二锅头！真的哑口无言........ 时至今日，悲剧又重演了.........
昨天我到公司复印资料，怎么就搞不出来了，液晶屏幕上显示了大致意思是关闭右边的出纸口，同事过来帮忙，冷笑了一下说了句“中国的教育很成问题啊”！！！！心理已经接近崩溃的底线 要学英语，我要像地铁上那些能很开心的与老外交流的人一样，学好外语，我再也不想让别人嘲笑我是个文盲了！

Friday Rainy
At the beginning of the term, I made up my mind to learn English well in my plan. Then I carried out the plan full of determination. I stu-died as hard as I could,and so the days and weeks went by. Soon the time for the mid-term exam came. I went over my lessons in earnest,because Iexpected to get good marks. But to my surprise, I got a low mark of 73.I made quite a few grammar mistakes. Besides, I was unable to use some words or idioms correctly. I felt very sorry about it. I sat in the classroom in low spirits.
Knowing about it,my English teacher asked me to go to his of-fice and told me not to be so disappointed. He also told me to listen to the teacher attentively in class,to make notes while listening and to do more reading and writing,and that only in this way could I learn Eng-lish well.
What he said struck me greatly. I am determined to do as my tea-cher told me to. I'm sure I'll make some progress next time.
